Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Goods & Found. If something isn't right, reach out through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery and we'll help make it right.

Items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging, to be eligible for a return or exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
